Sizing

How do I measure myself for garments?

  • Bust: keeping the tape level, measure around the fullest part of your bust.

  • Waist: measure your natural waistline, which sits between your rib cage and hips. Remember to keep the tape comfortably loose.

  • Hips: stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart and your arms by your side. Measure your hips at the point where your wrist falls against your leg (this should be at their widest point).

  • To ensure you get accurate measurements; use a tape measure, wear firm fitting clothing and your everyday bra and measure yourself in front of a mirror.

  • Using your measurements, refer back to the size guide on the product page, or our general side guide below and decide your best fit.

  • Measuring yourself allows you to feel your most comfortable and confident with the right fit!
