Returns & Refunds In-store & Online Policy

IN STORE PURCHASES: AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

  • We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item; has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it, is unsafe, is significantly different from the sample or description, or doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time.

  • Returned items must be in original condition/ packaging, unworn and unwashed with tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

ONLINE PURCHASES:

  • Returned items must be in original condition/ packaging, unworn and unwashed with tags attached within 30 days of purchase.

  • Sale items are considered final sale and are unable to be returned for exchange or refund, within the limitations of the Australian Consumer Law.

  • Returned non sale items that meet the return conditions will be eligible for either an online credit, online refund, or exchange given we have the item in stock.

  • Refunds are issued using the original method of payment only. Shipping costs are not refunded.

  • As a growing small business, we are unable to cover the cost of return postage for incorrect size or change of mind. We do cover the cost of return postage if a faulty or incorrect item has been sent to you. To arrange a pre-paid return label, contact our customer care via email with a photo of the faulty or incorrect item - joywoodfashion@gmail.com

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available given we have the item in stock.

  • If you need to return something to us for a different size or style, please email us at joywoodfashion@gmail.com and we will be more than happy to help.

Make a Return

  • Returns can be made by post or at our Mildura store, online items returned in store will be in line with our online return & refund policy. Please contact us prior to making your return, quoting your order number at joywoodfashion@gmail.com

  • The postal returns address is: Joywood Fashions, 91 Lime Avenue, Mildura, VIC 3500.

  • We recommend sending your return with a tracking number as we cannot be held liable for loss of your return parcel in transit.
